StartDeck Support

The following support services* are included with a paid StartDeck subscription:

  • 2 One-hour training sessions for new users via Google Meet. See booking calendar.
  • Email support support@startdeck.com. 24 hour response time, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Web meeting support. Web meeting support calls are scheduled in 15 minute blocks. The first two are free. Thereafter, web support is billed at $25 per 15 minute increment. Response time is generally within two hours, based on availability per booking calendar, excluding weekends and holidays (24 hours max).

StartDeck Knowledge Base

StartDeck maintains a comprehensive knowledge base with step-by-step instruction for all aspects of the application, covering the Dashboard, StartDeck Writer, Start Tables and the database. Additionally, there is a comprehensive guide for the Appraisal templates.

Database Migration Services

We can map and upload most databases to StartDeck as a professional service at $100/hour. Contact support@startdeck.co to discuss. 

AI Assistants (beta)

StartDeck is developing two AI Assistants:

  1. StartDeck Assistant: This assistant is knowledgeable about all things related to the StartDeck platform, from administration to software functions.
  2. Appraisal Template Assistant: This assistant is knowledgeable about all things related to our Appraisal templates.

The goal of these AI Assistants is to deliver fast and efficient support, on par with or exceeding live response quality. Experiment with our AI StartDeck Assistants here:
